Andrea Ferrari


He graduated on October 1997 from the Law School of Rome University “La Sapienza” submitting a dissertation on “Deceptive Advertising”.

Admitted to the Italian Bar since January 2002, he professionally grew up at Bavaro Mondini e Associati Law Firm in Rome and practised with Penningtons Solicitors in London and Sandulli e Associati Law Firm in Rome.

Since he joined the firm on March 2006 he mainly focused his area of activity both on commercial and civil litigation issues.

He collaborated as a teacher to 2004 and 2005 course on “Intellectual Property and Competion Law” organized by “IPLAW Association” together with the “Observatory on Intellectual Property and Competion Law” of the University of Rome “LUISS Guido Carli”. Since academic year 2005–2006 he has been lecturer within graduate courses held by the University of Rome “La Sapienza” on “Film, Contracts and Authors”.

He speaks fluent English.
