Antonio Bernardini
Admitted in Rome since 1992, in New York since 1996 and in England and Wales
since 1997. He obtained an LL.M. in International Business Transaction at
University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1995.
He undertook academic activities by the European Law chair from 1990 to 1994
at LUISS University, and was assignee of scholarships from Fulbright, Italian
National Centre for Research (Comitato Nazionale Ricerche), Italian Students
Fellowship (Fondo Studenti Italiani) and LUISS University.
Antonio was visiting lawyer in 1992 and 1994/95 in the Los Angeles office of
Pascotto & Gallavotti, of counsel of Irell & Manella.
He undertook in-house counsel responsibilities as Head legal for content
acquisitions at Stream (now Sky Italia) from 1997 to 2000 and as General Counsel
at Elsacom (TLC holding company part of Finmeccanica Group) from 2000 to 2002.
Antonio specializes in Commercial and Corporate law and his practice is mainly
focused on M&A, Media and Entertainment, Communication and IT, Aerospace and
International law.
He represents several major Italian and International corporations focused on
these areas and he matured an extended experience dealing with domestic and
international transactions in Europe, United States, Middle East and Pacific Rim Area.
He speaks fluent English.
