Francesco Napolitano
Francesco Napolitano graduated at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in
1970. Admitted to the Rome bar in 1974.
From 1971 to 1980 he served as legal
counsel in the tax office of Banco di Roma, gaining experience in domestic and
foreign tax law as well as company
balance sheet. Since 1980 he counsels and assists Italian and international
enterprises on tax law issues and represents them in tax related litigation.
Since 1988 Francesco Napolitano is Certified Auditor and seats in the board
of auditors of several companies and institutions.
He served as professor of
tax law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” from
1990 to 1998 and from 1995 at the Superior Tax Law School (Scuola Centrale
Tributaria) of the Ministry of Finance; he also teaches tax law in many post
graduate programs.
Francesco Napolitano is often speaker in national seminars
on tax law. From 1974 to 1994 he was director of a main tax law review (La
giustizia tributaria
e le imposte dirette). He is author of several publications and articles on
tax and corporate law.
