Luca Galea
Luca Galea graduated in Business and Economics at University of Rome "La
Sapienza" in 1995. Qualified Professional Accountant, he is enrolled in
the National Register of Cerified Auditors.
Formed by several years of practice
at business and tax consulting firms during the academic studies, he cooperates
with the firm since 1995. With taxation
law as his core field of expertise, he specialized in tax and accounting issues
related to operating and financial management (M&O etc.). He gained specific experience in going concern assessments.
He is author of a considerable number of essays, articles and other materials
published in Italy's foremost journals of tax law and accounting.
