Massimo de Marco
Massimo de Marco graduated from the University of Naples Federico II in 1960 and he is admitted to the bar of Naples since 1964.
Up to 1974 he exercised as a lawyer in civil and commercial law. From 1974 to 2000 he was memebr and, later, director of the Area Consulenza of Banco di Napoli, to which he was admitted as a result of a national competition.
From 1980 to 2000 he was memebr ot he Legal and Technical Commission of the Italian Banking Association (ABI). As a representative of ABI he also took part to the legislative commissions of the Department of Justice (Ministero di Grazia e Giustizia) in connection to the lews against money laundring and usury.
In 2000 Massimo de Marco was back to the exercise of the legal profession, strong of his qualified experience in banking matters, both in counseling and litigation.
He is co-author of the volume "La Fideiussione Bancaria" (edited by Giuffrè in 1978 and 1981).
